Kendall Paul Wilt
Reared in the hotbed of traditional camp-meeting revival music, Kendall Paul Wilt soon turned to "old blues" in his late teens. Blues and Gospel music were soon to follow! In the late 70's he cut his teeth on rock'n'roll with his Hammond organ and piano as a member of Stoney Creek, bearing the Southern Rock banner throughout all Western NY, playing in concert halls, on college campuses, and clubs in Rochester, Syracuse, Binghamton, Olean, and Buffalo. As keyboardist in the group, Jekyll & Hyde, KP's resurgence in this hard-working act spirited him on to many and diverse venues in the Finger Lakes region for many years. More recently, his keyboards and harmonica have given a hand to The Prickers and Jack Jones and the Stid Hill Stompers, two local groups from Naples, NY, entertaining regularly in many different venues. The Red Hot and Blue Band now taps Kendall's experience, groove, and soul on the Hammond organ and piano!
