Club Pass Personalization

If you purchased a Personal Club Pass and haven't personalized it yet, not to worry, you have three options:

Personalize Your Pass Online

  • This is the fastest way to get your Pass.
  • CLICK HERE FOR ONLINE FORM though May 30 - Just enter your ticket number on our online form and follow the instructions to upload a good quality photo of yourself.  It takes just a couple of minutes. 
  • Photo requirements:
    1. The picture must be of you. Headshots are great.
    2. Please send is a crystal-clear photo,  high-resolution,  must be at least 352 x 352 px.
    3. Please face the camera.
    4. Your head should fill most of the frame. 
  • You'll get an email from us when your Pass is ready for pick-up at the Ticket Shop.

Come to the Ticket Shop and We'll Take Your Photo 

  • We'll be open June 4 through June 21, Monday through Friday from 10 am. to 5 p.m. and June 22 through June 30 from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Come in before the Fest and beat the crowds or come on your first day at the Fest. Lines may be longer during the fest. It takes just a few minutes to have your photo taken and your Pass made and you can take it with you.

  • If you prefer not to upload your photo, just attach it to an email and send it to info@rochesterjazz.com
  • Please be sure to include your ticket order number in the email. 
  • You'll get an email from us when your Pass is ready for pick-up at the Ticket Shop.

 

FAQs on Your Personal Non-Transferable Pass

Do I need to personalize my Club Pass?

Yes. If you purchased a Personal Club Pass, since it is for your use only, it must be personalized with just your photo. Your name will not appear on the Pass.

 

Can I exchange my Personal Pass for a Shareable Pass?

Yes. You can do so before you redeem your ticket for a pass for an additional fee of $20. Just call the Festival office at 585-454-2060 or come to the Ticket Shop when it opens June 4 through the festival. The Shareable Pass does not require a photo and can be transferred and shared with anyone you choose.

 

Is there a charge for personalizing your pass?

No, there is no charge to upload your photo or to have your photo taken at the Ticket Shop.

 

If I have a digital photo but can’t upload it, can I email it to you?

Yes of course, just email your photo to info@rochesterjazz.com.  We’ll take it from there and let you know when your Pass will be ready for pick-up.

 

I don’t have a digital version of a photo to upload, can I get my Club Pass personalized at the festival?

Yes!  Come to the Festival Ticket Shop at 100 East Avenue, at the corner of East Avenue and Gibbs Street, starting June 4 through June 21 from 10 AM to 5 PM, Monday – Friday.

Or come during the Festival, June 22-30, when the Shop is open longer hours from 10 AM to 10 PM.

We will take your photo and make your Pass on the spot. It takes only a couple minutes for the photo and a few minutes for processing.  You can either wait for your Personal Club Pass to be printed or if more convenient, you can pick it up at another time.

 

Can you use my photo from last year?

No, in the interest of customer privacy, we do not keep any personal photos or credit card information in the Club Pass system from year to year. We only maintain your contact information. So, we will need to take a new photo.

 

Will personal non-transferable passes still be available for purchase in June?

No. Personal are sold out.  Shareable passes are still available for purchase through the Festival or until sold out.
