New Faster Way to Redeem Your Club Pass Ticket

This year we are introducing a new faster process for redeeming your Club Pass Ticket for your laminated Club Pass.
Before you attend your first Club Pass show you must redeem your ticket for a laminated Club Pass at one of the locations below:
June 18 - June 21
Jazz Fest Ticket Shop at the corner of East Ave and Gibbs Street starting June 18. Open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. 6 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. closed Sundays and holidays
June 22-30 - During the Festival
- Jazz Fest Ticket Shop - 10 a.m. - 11 p.m. daily
- Merchandise Tent - open from 4-11 p.m. daily.
- Official Festival Ticket Kiosk on Jazz Street (Gibbs St.) 4-11 p.m. daily
- Official Festival Ticket Kiosk on Main Street (between Chestnut & Gibbs St.) 4-11 p.m. daily
We hope this new system will help patrons move faster through lines and avoid delays, getting you into the concerts faster!
