Remembering Sebastian Marino

"On behalf of our entire Jazz Festival family, John Nugent and I express our deepest condolences to the family of Sebastian Marino on his sudden passing. Audio Images Sound & Lighting Inc work at the Rochester International Jazz Festival under the ownership and leadership of our friend Sebastian is one of the most critical aspects for the Festival every year.

For almost two decades we have relied upon Sebastian's dedication and commitment to our success. The two words that defined his nature were “gentle soul.” He was very unassuming, yet his business spanned the United States.

We have been very blessed and fortunate to have had an organization right here in our backyard to support our world-class event.

We are grateful for his exceptional work and will miss him very much."

Sebastian died on January 1, 2023, while working on a job in Florida according to Consequence.
